1. Undelivered or Returned Orders (RTO)
If the courier company is unable to deliver your order and it is marked as “Undelivered” or “Return to Origin (RTO)”, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
Common Reasons for RTO Orders
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable delivery address
- Customer not contactable or refused delivery
- COD amount not ready
- Door/premises closed or future delivery requested
- Self-pickup or reschedule requested by customer
- Weather or courier delays
Once the RTO package reaches us, we will notify you via email. You can choose to:
- Re-ship the order to a corrected or new address (shipping charges apply)
- Receive store credit for the product amount (shipping charges are non-refundable)
Unclaimed returned orders are stored for up to 100 days from the return date. After that period, they may be disposed of.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@nxtgenthread.com with:
- Your order ID
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Unboxing video (recommended for damage claims)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We perform quality checks before dispatch, but in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit.
If your product is:
- Damaged or defective → You may request a replacement or store credit after submitting proof within 7 days.
- Incorrectly printed or mismatched → A replacement or refund will be issued upon verification.
No replacements or refunds can be processed without visual evidence or after 7 days of delivery.
4. Size and Fit Issues
We recommend checking our size chart before placing an order.
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong size selections or buyer’s remorse.
Measurement tolerance:
Please note that a deviation of ±0.5 inches is considered acceptable for apparel manufacturing and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is marked as lost in transit by the courier company, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
For delayed deliveries:
- If not attempted within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), you can request a reshipment or refund.
6. Color Accuracy
Our printing process uses high-quality inks and professional equipment. However, due to digital color calibration and fabric texture differences, slight variations between on-screen colors and final prints may occur. These minor differences are not considered defects.
7. Return Shipping and Handling
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- A defective or incorrect product
- A courier or fulfillment error
Handling and restocking fees may apply for certain returns.
8. Storage and Reshipping Policy
Returned items are securely stored for 100 days from the date of return.
During this period, customers may:
- Re-ship the product to a new address (shipping + handling charges apply)
- Request store credit
After 100 days, unclaimed items will be responsibly discarded and are not eligible for refund.
9. Refund Method
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method, depending on the case.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
