Please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.
1. Undelivered or Returned to Sender (RTO) Orders
If a courier company is unable to deliver your order and marks it as “Undelivered” or “Return to Sender (RTO)”, the parcel will be sent back to our central warehouse.
Common reasons for undelivered or RTO orders include:
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- Customer not contactable or unavailable during delivery
- Delivery refused by customer
- COD amount not ready (for COD orders)
- Service unavailable in the customer’s area
- Weather or transportation issues
Once the parcel is received at our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm a re-shipment or store credit.
Re-shipping charges will apply as per the selected shipping method.
2. Return Eligibility
A return or replacement can be requested if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is different from what was ordered (wrong color, size, or print).
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@nxtgenthread.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once verified, our team will arrange a return pickup and process a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
3. Conditions for Returns
Please ensure:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags and packaging are intact.
- You provide valid proof (photos or unboxing video) in case of damage or defect.
Returns without proper proof or raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Wrong Size or Non-Defective Returns
If you ordered the wrong size or wish to return a product without any defect, it will not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
However, you may reorder the correct size at your own cost.
Please refer to our Size Chart before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.
Note: A size variation of up to ±0.5 inches is considered acceptable and not eligible for return or refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Despite quality checks, products may get damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged or misprinted product:
- Report it within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide an unboxing video and photos of the damage.
After verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Requests without sufficient proof or submitted after 7 days may not be approved.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
In case of significant delays (beyond 15 business days after dispatch), please contact us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Color & Print Variations
All designs are printed using advanced printing technology. Slight color differences between your digital design and the final product may occur due to screen calibration or material differences.
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
8. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping charges, handling fees, or COD fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
9. Packaging Damage or Unboxing Issues
If the outer package is visibly damaged at delivery, please:
- Mention it in the courier’s delivery remarks, and
- Capture photos or videos before opening.
If a product is accidentally damaged while opening with sharp tools, refunds or replacements cannot be provided unless proven with an unboxing video. If the video is accepted the replacement & exchanged products will be delivered within 15-20 days.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or discounted products
