7. Orders & Fulfillment

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the order is placed.
• Processing Time: Typical production time is 1–5 business days depending on product type and order volume.
• Shipping Time: Delivery may take an additional 2–9 days depending on location and courier partner.
• Order Accuracy: Please review your order before confirming. Once processing starts, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions, or incomplete delivery information.

Key points:

• Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery with valid video proof of opening a the sealed product with respect to the damages in one shot. Multiple cuts videos will not be considered for returns or refunds.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the production stage.
